At Sports Jersey Direct, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order never arrives or arrives damaged, we will either issue a full refund or send out a replacement product at no additional cost.

Shipping Timelines:
Orders to Canada and the United States typically take 15-35 business days for delivery, plus a processing time of 5-7 business days. Please note that once an order is placed, it is automatically sent to our factory for processing, and all purchases are considered final.
Incorrect Items:
If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to have the correct item sent to you as soon as possible.
Important Information:
Please note that our policy does not cover:
- Misuse or accidental damage to the product
- Incorrect sizing due to customer input
- Water damage
- General abuse or neglect of the product
If the incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Shipping labels are copied directly from your provided input, so please double-check for accuracy.
No Refunds:
We do not offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges on new and unworn merchandise if there was a mistake on our end. For exchanges not due to our error, a processing fee of $25 will apply.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All exchanges and returns must be handled directly through Sports Jersey Direct.
